A. Once you book a tour and after creating a customer account; your online payment method will be confirmed, and then you will be taken to an “Order received” page so you can view all your order details.
NOTE: Please print a copy of this page for reference AND write down your username and password! YOU will need them later on.
Also during the tour booking process, our system will automatically reserve your request and a downloadable invoice will be generated for you.
You’ll be able to login to your customer account to track your payment status, track the confirmation and you can also rate your trip after you have finished the tour.
